These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SalesWing platform and services operated by BP Corp (SASU), Paris, France ("SalesWing", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Article 1 — Description of the Service
SalesWing is a B2B service that places trained independent contractors ("wing girls") on video sales calls as executive assistants. The service is designed to help sales professionals and founders improve their perceived authority and close rate through the Halo Effect.
The platform provides:
A client dashboard for purchasing call credits and booking sessions
AI-assisted company profile generation from client websites (Google Gemini)
AI-generated pre-call briefs provided to wing girls before each session
Automated email reminders at 24h, 3h, 1h, 15min, 5min, and 0min before each call
A wing girl portal for managing availability, receiving briefs, and tracking earnings
An admin panel for internal management
SalesWing does not guarantee any specific commercial outcome, including but not limited to closed deals, successful pitches, or increased revenue.
Article 2 — Account Creation and Eligibility
To access the platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be acting on behalf of a legally constituted business entity (clients)
Provide accurate and complete information at registration
Keep your account credentials secure
Clients authenticate via magic link (email). Wing girls authenticate via OTP (phone number). You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

3.2 Payment terms
All packages are prepaid. Access to call booking is conditional on a completed payment.
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. All major credit and debit cards accepted. SalesWing never stores card data.
Credits do not expire. One credit is consumed per completed call session.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as described in Article 5.
Article 4 — Booking and Scheduling
Each call must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow wing girl assignment and brief preparation.
Upon booking, you must provide: call date and time, Zoom link, and basic prospect context. This information is used exclusively to assign a wing girl and generate a pre-call brief.
Automated email reminders will be sent to both the client and the assigned wing girl at 24h, 3h, 1h, 15min, 5min, and 0min before the call. You consent to receiving these transactional emails as a condition of using the service.
Calls are limited to one hour. If a session exceeds this duration, SalesWing reserves the right to deduct an additional credit.
Article 5 — Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation before 4 hours: Credit is returned to your balance. No penalty.
Late cancellation (within 4 hours of call time): Credit is forfeited. The assigned wing girl will receive partial compensation.
No-show by client: Credit is forfeited. Wing girl receives full compensation.
No-show by wing girl (service failure): Credit is fully refunded to your balance. We will offer priority rescheduling at no additional charge.
Cash refunds of unused credits are granted only in exceptional circumstances at SalesWing's sole discretion. To request one, email hello@saleswing.xyz.
Wing girls are independent contractors, not employees of BP Corp. By joining the network, you agree to the following:
Compensation: $30 USD per completed call session, paid within 7 business days after the call via your chosen method: Revolut, PayPal, bank transfer, or gift card.
Tax obligations: As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings in your country of residence.
Confidentiality: You must not disclose any information shared during or in connection with a call, including client business details, prospect information, and deal terms.
Anti-bypass obligation: You must not contact clients directly outside the SalesWing platform, whether to offer competing services, establish a private business relationship, or for any other purpose. Breach of this obligation may result in immediate removal from the network and legal action.
Professional conduct: You must appear professionally and on time, follow the pre-call brief, behave as an executive assistant, and remain neutral on deal terms.
Non-disclosure: You must not reveal to any prospect or third party that you are an independent contractor or that you are participating through SalesWing.
Article 7 — Anti-Bypass and Platform Integrity
SalesWing operates a strict information separation policy.
Clients never receive wing girl contact details. Wing girls never receive client personal contact details beyond what is included in their AI-generated brief. This separation is enforced architecturally.
Any attempt by either party to circumvent this separation — including soliciting contact details through a third party or during the call itself — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and a claim for liquidated damages of $500 USD per proven bypass incident.
Article 8 — Acceptable Use (Clients)
You agree not to use SalesWing services:
For any illegal or fraudulent sales activity
To pitch or sell products or services that are unlawful in the applicable jurisdiction
In a manner that harasses, demeans, or discriminates against wing girls
To record, photograph, or screen-capture wing girls without prior explicit written consent
To misrepresent the nature of the wing girl's role to prospects (beyond what is implied by the "executive assistant" framing)
SalesWing reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of this article without refund of unused credits.
Article 9 — AI-Generated Content
SalesWing uses Google Gemini to generate company profiles and pre-call briefs. By using the platform, you acknowledge:
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. It is provided as a preparation tool, not as a guarantee of accuracy.
You may request corrections to AI-generated profile content by contacting us.
Client website content submitted to Gemini is subject to Google's API data processing terms. No sensitive personal data is included in AI prompts.
Article 10 — Intellectual Property
All content of the SalesWing platform (design, code, text, graphics, brand assets, methodologies) is the exclusive property of BP Corp. Reproduction, distribution, or modification in any form without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Users retain ownership of any data they submit to the platform.
Article 11 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
SalesWing does not guarantee any specific sales outcome, close rate improvement, or return on investment.
SalesWing's total liability to any client for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.
SalesWing is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or lost deals.
SalesWing is not responsible for technical failures of third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) during calls.
Article 12 — Account Suspension and Termination
SalesWing may suspend or terminate any account:
For breach of any provision of these Terms
For abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards wing girls
For attempting to bypass the platform's contact separation
For fraudulent payment activity
Users may delete their account at any time by emailing hello@saleswing.xyz. Unused credits are subject to the refund policy in Article 5.
Article 13 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts of Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers in the EU have the right to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
